marc davis we haven't seen in a while. but john goble we've had a heavy dose of recently. recall at halftime of our recent NYK game, while everyone else left for the lockerrooms both harden & CP3 stayed on court to chew out goble for at least a minute. in a game that was a massive blowout for us, harden had 5FT attempts and CP3 had zero, disparity was 27-17 in knicks' favor. goble simply does not blow the whistle for the houston rockets. marc davis is a bit different, he doesn't blow the whistle and he also is quick to T up and get vengeful. and that's for most teams, he's widely hated by players around the league

 

Brace yourself. We’re about to hear “Harden doesn’t get those calls in the playoffs!” every 30 seconds

 

imo the best way to combat this is for our guys to get chippy and force the ref crew to start calling everything

X factor for this series will be shumpert defense on Mitchell. The real reason we got him. He finally shows why he was the actual ariza replacement.

Is worrying about the refs 3 years in now really I thing still.


I dont care about the refs....guys on our team have evolved. One harden knows what he gonna see n if u watch the games has prepared accordingly(floater n we know in playoffs he has the mid range step back)

The only thing I might say may be a worry is they may be watching the push offs on offense alot more this year so James may get fouled out

 

I think the narrative harden needs to go to the line to be good needs to die. It's just not true

 

We are too skilled vs the Jazz to be worried about a few calls.

Tbh Jazz historically have got refs to give them b.s. at home.

 

he doesn't have the foot speed to stay w/ mitchell. he's had trouble just staying in front of guys his height

 

These first two games are must-wins. Good teams that are underdogs gain a lot of confidence by snagging a road game early. Can't let the Jazz take home-court advantage away from us and let them think they have a shot at this series.

We need to get all Ramsay on their asses and make sure they're already calling themselves "Reek" by the time the series moves to Salt Lake City.

well i hope you end up being right b/c what i've seen from him the past couple months since he went out w/ the knee soreness hasn't looked very promising. he's been out of position and given up drives way to often

 

Remember he was getting in rhythm n was injured. N I believe intelligence makes up for quickness. Look at cp3. N also I dont believe Mitchell is actually quick just shifty like wade. Usually if ur just smart n know what not to bite on from them guys u ok
