Yankees plan this series of trying to sneak high fastballs past Altuve has worked out great

Way to go Yuli, he smoked that one. Ball totally ate Gardner up, Yankees OF defense outside of Judge has been terrible this series. And a great 9-pitch AB by Correa to set it up.

Would really like to see some production from white.

And another 3rd strike called without taking the bat off his shoulder.

After that HR was stolen from Altuve in the ALCS I recall the Astros saying they'd look at having cameras set up with clear views of the left and right field walls. Doesn't appear that happened.

Didn't see strike 3, sounded like it was close on the outside though?

It was but white is notoriously timid at the plate. Far too often it looks like his approach is to hope for a walk instead of putting the ball in play.

Has the camera on Astros broadcasts always been directly behind the pitcher? Seems like it used to be more to the right when viewing from behind the pitcher. The pitchers head blocks the view of the plate. I find it annoying.

Pretty sure they changed it when they redid the CF area...could be wrong.

Frazier scared to dive for balls now.

Would love to see another 20-pitch inning from Paxton here.

I'm surprised McHugh doesn't hit more feet with his back foot slider to lefties.

Lol at Dierker talking about the shift: "I could never shift Biggio into short RF like Altuve because he couldn't have made the throws."

That's 72 pitches for Paxton...plus whatever he threw while the HR review was going on. Dierk said it was about 20 full speed throws.
