Yes, a blended economy of capitalism and socialism together. What I find is that failing economies that incorporate some measure of socialism are tagged as "socialist" while failing economies that are capitalist don't carry a stigma as "capitalist". It's the double standard that is promoted. Probably due to the fact that first world capitalist countries feed on third world capitalist countries for cheap resources and labor so they're less likely to talk down about third world capitalism. Capitalism is economic Darwinism. So Venezuela is failed socialism but any number of European countries aren't successful socialism. There are no threads on this forum created by conservative capitalists talking about the success of socialism in such countries.
I think because they see no other way for self preservation after years of propaganda. They really think the white man will become a minority, they really think socialism will stop them from being prosperous, they really think the US is militarily vulnerable. They really think recognizing climate change will make them energy peasants.

Racists believe that being in the presence of black people is proof they can tolerate them. It's such an odd argument.
