Not that I dont appreciate the article. But could we also talk about who our opponents could be as well. I realize thats more work though.

Appreciate the article as well, but it is just showing the math that I had already mentally done in my head. It starts to feel like advanced calculus to play all the scenarios where the rockets play each opponent, though. Could be too convoluted to put in an article.

Following the tough loss tonight in OKC, the Rockets now have the remaining possibilities:
    1) Two seed with Nuggets loss to Minnesota (lol)
    2) Three seed with Nuggets win and Portland loss either tonight or tomorrow
    3) Four seed if Nuggets and Portland both win out (most likely scenario)

    What a mess.

Thought we can’t go lower than the 3rd. TNT showed that we could be either the 2nd or 3rd seed.
What I’m curious is where OkC is going to be if they lose tomorrow and Spurs and Clippers win.

We drop to 4 if both teams win out now

I am guessing the Blazers do not want OKC in the first round. Watch them to lose.

Lakers look like a YMCA team. How is Portland not winning by 50?

I don't see the big deal in the seeding because we don't know who is going to be 5 through 8.

Why push to be 3 and play thunder or spurs when you can be 4 and play clippers...there are countless scenarios.

Obviously 2 would have been good because we could have avoided the warriors in round 2 and also get home court but 3 onwards...who cares?

What happens if there is a 3 way tie, Rockets have the tie breaker right?

IF want to go to the NBA finals, we need to play GSW in 2nd or 3rd...might as well get it over with fresher legs!

There is no way the NBA lets GSW get bounced round 2. WCF you have a shot. Too much $$ to lose
