    Sounds more like Clint has a 1,000,000 incentive to beat OKC to make sure we get 2nd or 3rd seed so he doesn't lose out on his incentive.

    He gets it if we make it to WCF.

    I'm in favor of him having to beat GSW to get it. I don't fear GSW in 2nd Round. This is just another reason.

    I understand your logic, don't get me wrong. I'm just not sure if I buy that it is the incentive that would make him play better, as opposed to just wanting to beat the warriors.

    He also got a $500k 30% defensive rebound rate bonus but refuses to box out. Plus he got another $500k bonus to his 65% FT and he bricking it up lately. So I say that to say this, I'd prefer them in the WCF.

    dude is highly motivated and driven.. He was the only one loudly and confidentially yelling we will beat the warriors, and the rockets almost made it happen. You want to give extra motivation to people who have the drive and will actually achieve unreal goals..

    I don't think it's the agent. You seriously believe Capela would've played for a cheap one-year deal instead of taking 90 mil guaranteed? What if he got injured? Hell, he technically did already, but I mean a real serious one. He'll play through this contract and sign another one when he's 29 and get another 90+ mil and retire a very rich man.

    Naw, he's on the perfect team to compliment his skills. Case in point, DeAndre Jordan. Plus you take a bird in hand, could have got hurt and lost everything.
