    I think what he’s doing is so blatant and obvious that I can’t believe anyone wouid deny it. Just shows that people who support him don’t really care beyond immediate “wins”.

    Trump is openly trying to take over the Fed, and stack the decks there to have loyalists who can artificially prop up the economy in the event of a downturn leading up to his re-election.

    You think the last 4 years of the Bush years were bad on the economy when he left a massive recession for a Dem president to clean up? Just wait to see what happens if Trump gets re-elected.

    Given all this, Elizabeth Warren would be the perfect candidate to run against Trump in a logical world that made any sense. She’s the complete opposite and really articulates well the financial aspects of the Trump admin. I really wish Americans and the media would come around on her, but there’s just something there that pisses people off that I don’t understand.

    The reason why her likeability is low is the same reason the United States hegemony will slowly lose influence over the next few decades...

    American citizens want people in office that talk like them and understand policy like them. They don't want someone more intelligent than them telling them their click bait meme macroeconomics knowledge is dumb.

    They would rather have a president that can spit out fire "ownage" tweets rather than someone who will discuss nuanced policy in a long dry speech.

    Trump is everything the world sees as wrong with America - obnoxious, ignorant, smug, fat, childish - and that's what Trumpsters are proud of as itt reflects who they are.

    But I don't think this country will be fooled twice.
