Texas Tech PLEASE beat Virginia. WARNING NOW....don't let the game come down to the last few seconds close....the officials are not going to let a third ACC #1 seed go down if they can help it in any way.
Congrats to Texas Tech...get ready for moving picks galore by Virginia, Diakite going over the back on almost every rebound, 3 points scored off ankle on double dribbles.
Right, there's an NCAAhoops-wide conspiracy against the SEC. Sure. They blew the call, sometimes that happens.
Yeah...double dribble is such a difficult call to make when the guy dribbles it off his ankle and picks it up and starts dribbling again with the official looking straight at it. You know, double dribble is not a difficult call if you WANT to see it and have good position.Texas Tech will wear Virginia's ass out ! BTW...I guess it is the same as us Rockets fans bemoaning crap calls against us...guess it's a Rocket's conspiracy using your logic.
Me too. Virginia is dangerous when they are allowed to play as I've mentioned...moving picks, on the back on rebounds, double dribble, and don't dare get close when Guy is shooting.
Tech beat Michigan, Gonzaga and Michigan State to reach the national championship. Those are big ass basketball programs.
Exact same shot he took to make it a 1 point game from the other side, same defense from Doughty...made it but not an and 1. He shouldn't have had ANY FT. Refs swallowed their whistles for 59 and 1/2 minutes and then 3 officials conveniently miss a double dribble and call a foul with 0.6 secs. But bottom line is all you can say about the DD is they missed the call...it happens. You'd be howling like a banshee if it was the Rockets. Most everybody knows Auburn got hosed. BTW...the NCAA head of officials addressed the foul at the end but he and the NCAA have "no comment" on the double dribble.
Little 10 is in the Championship Game, Coog. I'm all for it, btw, and UH is doing everything right. Keep it up.
UVA becomes first ACC school besides Duke/UNC to reach championship game since 2004. Winner will become first team to win its first title since Florida (2006).
