I'm gonna really put myself out on a limb here, and presume that if AOC had said the same thing, you would not have bothered to type this 'conjecture' to defend her. Call me crazy.
lulz. The higher authorities I tend to listen to are, you know, actual scientists. Since you have such an active imagination, I'll go ahead and say that you're the type of person who thinks vaccines cause autism.
Probably not since she is new to Washington and isn't as connected, so it wouldn't even have crossed my mind. She is a r****ded freshman congresswoman v the damn President of the USA.
I absolutely don't think that considering the lack of evidence at the moment and a general scientific consensus. I think a more likely reason for the spike in Autism is the fact that people wait longer to have kids and you increase the chances of getting a poor result when you do that. However, I do know enough about cells to know that small processes in those cells can get disrupted and that there are legit scientists, the types you listen to, studying infrasound. We have long know it disrupts the mind. I'll wait for more to come out before saying it is impossible for them to affect cells. They are studying its use in treating cancer as well, meaning it can affect cells in a positive way, so why not a negative way. Don't be so quick to dog people you disagree with because we are all going to be horribly wrong about things we thought we knew in the next 100 years and our grandchildren will look at us as plebs who didn't know a damn thing about science. Please have an open mind about what we know and don't actually know.
That's an irrelevant question to my point, which is that Trump is of higher caliber. He would get info a freshman congress woman wouldn't. Also he is smarter, despite gaffs like the orange remarks. Still curious about that. Those are the most glaring I think and concerning. People are going to be watching for more mental decline after those.
Jay, I never said the govt suppressed anything... about turbines causing cancer. I never said Trump's claim was true... about turbines causing cancer. I did say govt's do suppress info, and if you don't think this happens, fine, go ahead. I didn't however say it was definitely happening in such an instance. I was engaging in a bit of fun conjecture. Nothing more. Go ahead and taking my statements out of context, but not once did I endorse Trump's claim nor did I mean to imply that the govt was involved in a cover up in this instance.
LOLOLOLOL... Let me get this straight the president has access to some of the best information in the world.... and yet he claims windmills give you cancer....and he has lied about where his father was born three times.... And and and .... Trump is smarter....
[A dropping science post, FWIW] I believe a windmill works just like pretty much every electric power generator we've been using since the19th century. It's just turning some magnets near some coils of wire, period. You can use fossil fuels to do that (coal or gas-fired plant). You can use rushing water to do that (hydroelectric). You can use nuclear heat to boil water to get steam to do that. Or you can get wind to do that. I just taught this in freshman physics, LOL. (Solar works in a different manner, but that's about it.) My point, if anyone cares: if a windmill gives off something carcinogenic, then every other type of electric generator (including the one you run in your driveway after a hurricane) is at least as dangerous to you. Probably moreso b/c of the pollution coming out of those things.
I've been really living the good life lately and working on that second chin...I've got a little more to go before I can reach Mr Trump's level. I just love that man.
