They are definitely are overcompensating and I garauntee none of them genuinely believe that AOC is as dumb as or dumber than Sarah Palin. The right treats differences in ideology as "being dumb" while the rest of the world treats incoherent ramblings, something both Palin and Trump are famous for, as dumb. AOC is guilty of being young and therefore somewhat naive in how effective and pragmatic some of her ideas are but unlike Palin or Trump, she is willing to delve into nuance instead of political rally platitudes .
It was a precedence set by George Washington, no one had ever been elected to more than 2 terms. FDR because of WW2 decided run again at which time the Republicans heavily disagreed with and even though he died in office they passed the amendment a couple years later. I actually miss how efficient we used to be compared to today. We really look like a sinking ship right now.
that's a strawman as its not what she said. She said they passed the 22nd amendment to remove FDR from office. FDR had been dead for two years. None of this really matters though. Your entire framing of this meme you spam thousands of times would make more sense if AOC was the manager of the world's largest bureaucracy and commander of the most powerful military on the planet and Trump was a first year junior Congressional rep.
