Geez, it felt like they werent missing 3's, but 51% on 29 of them is insane, that we won with that...
For me go really understand how great Harden is, I watch other teams. I am just so used to his production every night, I dont know any different. When I'm watching other teams, Im thinking "Man, why isnt that guy has big switch on to him, why isnt he breaking down his man, or why doesnt he make this pass or why doesnt he try the step back." Then I realize "Oh LOL, these guys arent James Harden."
I can't wait for another match with the Kings. I really do enjoy listening to the Kings broadcaster team, very professional. Some of dem homer announcers (spurs, warriors) I just mute, but the Kings announcers are good.
James is so unselfish. Kobe would never have gotten 10 assists with 50 points. I'm disappointed that Rivers didn't contribute at all on offense and Shumpert too. Austin had such a fine game against Denver. We need him to be a consistent player on both ends of the floor in every game.
Honestly. Even ball dominant players cant do the sht harden does night In and night out. We r truly blessed to have harden play for us.
Great game for our trio CP3, Capela and Harden, but where's the support from the bench? This will be a problem in the play-offs. By the way, why doesn't Capela just grab rebounds. He's tipping them like Yao used to, to the opponent. And as great as Harden is, can he please just put a hand up on defense. The whole team was piss poor, except for Tucker.
We are wasting Gordon's talents. He needs to come of the bench and do his thing, which can happen with more touches.
He works well with the starting 5 though, so it's not going to happen. If we had kept House around then yeah since nobody else is worthy. MDA won't do it in any case, since the starters are the only ones doing fine right now. Tucker not so much on offense though, we need him to make some shots and while he works his but off, guys score on him way too easily. He works better with a Ariza or Mbah next to him.
The problem here is that House is not good enough to start at the 3. I thought he would be more successful after his comeback game against the Suns.
I don't think the problem with House is not being good enough to start, but that he is crazy inconsistent at this point in his career. Plus, the inexperience could be a factor in the playoffs. My point is that Gordon is not being fully utilized starting both with Harden and Paul in that he goes for long stretches when he barely touches the ball or initiate a play because of the two stars. Be that as it may, I agree that MDA won't change the starting lineup this late into the season. Btw, when is Faried coming back???
I want to see him take more 3's every game. He is 41/89 since Feb 21st shooting at .461 from behind the arc. That's higher than anyone on our team who took 60 or more shots.
I believe his inconsistency and inexperience is precluding from him from being a starter. An off season with Harden and Paul etc will do him a lot of good for next season. I hope he will give us some good minutes in the playoffs, as he certainly has the capability to do so. I go agree with your points about Gordon. That is a really good observation. Gordon also gets tired playing defense against bigger small forwards. He plays better with Chris. I have no idea about Faried. Tucker can move to the 3 spot for short periods when Faried and Clint play together.
True, but he runs out of gas on defense. He should be set up for the corner 3 in the first quarter when he is fresh.
Nuggets announcers are bad too. Heard them the other night and one of them said “That’s another reason I hate the Rockets, they still have Harden and Paul in right now.” There was about 4:30 left in the game at the time. Turned it back to the Rockets broadcast team immediately.
