@dachuda86 @cml750 @Os Trigonum @TheresTheDagger - none of the folks care about policy, ethics, morality, corruption - what they care about is their team winning. And they will spin everything to support their side of the house and attack the other side.

If their side kills a man, it was justified, if the otherside takes an extra napkin, it's massive corruption and they should be punished for it.

This is what you are dealing with.

If you have a problem being judged by your actions, too bad.

Except that the Barr, um, letter expressly states that the Mueller report does NOT exonerate Trump. Which anyone who has followed the investigation, the indictments, the court records that have been made public, the history of Trump and his campaign staffers, Trump's tweets and public threats and whining knows.

With respect, Os, and I largely stay away from posting in D&D now: It's not mind or heart reading -- I don't think other posters are pretending to know the real you. It's just data-fitting based on the content you choose to post versus what you do not ever post. It's all people can do on an internet forum, absent other evidence.

If I'm playing basketball, and I only use my right hand, and I only drive to the right, people might say "he can't go left!" I could have intellectual debates with them, I could tell them stories of my gorgeous left-hand hookshots in my driveway, but if in fact I still only used my right hand at that particular gym... those debates are just so many "cool stories" to so many bros.

I could continually post pro-Jazz content here and then claim to actually be a Rockets fan. I could ignore a flagrant foul by the Jazz against James Harden, never say anything about it, and then post a Jazz fan's version that said James Harden started it. I could just say I find the pro-Jazz arguments interesting from afar, that I don't necessarily agree, but I don't expect other posters would take the time to grant me that nuance.

Good luck to you all, especially the newly arisen (from 2003 vintage) @quikkag !

What's that? I can't hear you above the sound of Clinton's team bashing their Cell phones with hammers.

First off, the one meeting you are talking about was the meeting where Fusion GPS sent their employee to go offer fake dirt to Trump admins and they didn't bite. Secondly, this information came out after Mueller started his investigation, so your 'smoke' was still just Comey getting fired, which is horseshit. As to why they may have lied about it to the public (not the FBI or else they would have been charged like others obviously), probably because gullible people like you would yell 'smoke'. Finally, lets say Trump did take some Hillary dirt from Russia. That's not even a crime. Hell, the information in the dossier is sworn to have come form Russian agents, so by your standards Hillary and the FBI colluded with Russia in the 2016 election.

Here is Barr directly quoting his good friend Mueller's report ''despite multiple Russian efforts to interfere, neither President Donald Trump nor anyone in his campaign cooperated with the Russian government to influence the outcome of the 2016 presidential election." . BTW, Barr and Mueller together are currently working on redacting the report so it can be made public. The idea Barr is somehow misrepresenting Mueller is just as dumb as the Russia Hoax to begin with.
