Schiff schooled Nunes and other Republicans. Nunes had it handed to him in epic and legendary fashion. That is one of the top three shamings of all time that I've seen in Congress.

    Good for Schiff.

WRONG - this investigation was under Trump's presidency, after he fired Comey.

    GOP - investigation
    GOP - Investigator
    GOP - Oversight
    GOP - Conclusion

This is 100% the GOP - not a single democrat had anything to do with it, but once it is released, they will make their own conclusions.

If Russians are controlling our government, then they really are doing a good job with the economy.

Dude 75% of Republicans have been poled recently that the full Mueller report should be released. MSNBC is right to realize the public demand, and ask questions.

Doesn’t mean people in my tribe don’t believe that the Barr report could be an accurate representation. We just need more facts that a 4 page summary of a 300+ page report.

It’s also on Barr too for making the Mueller findings political again. The whole point of a special counsel was to get this out of the political spectrum and have the findings be presented from an unimpeachable third party. Only to have Barr then intercept that pass and spike the football in the endzone for Trump.

Which is fine after the American people have all the facts. He’s a political appointee and part of the executive branch. But spiking the football for Trump before we gets the facts has really soiled this process politically.

I don’t think that’s all that controversial honestly. Good on MSNBC and others to keep the public pushing to release the full report. We need it if we ever want the country to move on and put Trump in a position to potentially have more than 40% support.

And when it’s released and shown there is no collusion what then?

It will be people looking bad because of the circumstances they were found to be in despite not being convicted of a crime. Like OJ or Michael Jackson.

You have to consider the level of scrutiny put into the investigation. These are top men in the FBI. If they don't find something, then it didn't happen. Consider the alternative that Clinton and the DNC pushed this as a big FU to Trump and to create opposition. They have buddies in the media pushing it too. That's the real collusion.

    Serious answer -

Congress should then pass new campaign legislation to prevent another Russiagate from happening. Even the appearance of compromise & quid pro quo should be prevented in the future. Not to hurt Trump, but to help Trump and the Dem candidate from even a perception of foreign influence.

Trumpers should want this too. Trump is not friendly with Iran & China at the moment. These two governments could work to help a Democratic president for their own interests. Why would you not want to also protect from Iran and China from meddling in 2020 & working against your political interests aligned with Trumpism?

So both campaign legislation should happen & there should be more investment in cyber to counter the foreign influence online.

Is that a fair response, or do you just see nothing but "Yada yada... Libtard can't accept Trump won the election... fake news!!"?

It will be an endless stream of “why didn’t Mueller continue looking here?”.

I have not seen anyone on the right saying the Mueller report should not be released. Everyone wants to see it. I am sure some of it will be redacted to protect classified information and everyone on the left will b**** about that.

The part in bold is what was quoted directly from the Mueller report.

From the Barr summary in regards to collusion:

I have a hunch trump and barr know that if enough time lapses, public interest will diminish. In addition, trump and his spokespeople (including fox news) will have a weeks of hammering away with their "messaging" ("no collusion, no obstruction", collusion delusion, etc) so that if and when the final report does come out they will have already established their own story. The truth won't matter...

What will be extremely funny is once the Mueller report comes out watching all of the left say he is just another Republican lackey after they spent the last two years talking about his impeccable credentials and reputation.

Interesting to note that the quote is an excerpt of a longer quote.

The excerpt changes the lower case t to a upper case T. Suggesting its a part of a complete sentence. Once (if) we see the full report, it will be interesting see what the first part of that sentence was. Its possible it started out ""While there was evidence that some questionable statements, meetings, and misstruths existed, [T]he investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities"

We are not interested in Mueller's summary
We are not interested in Barr's summary

As has been consistent from day 1, we will wait to see what the report, in its entirety, found in terms of evidence.

Hmm, I have already said I respected Mueller's work and the country owes him their thanks for his work during difficult and incredibly work he performed. It was republicans, including trump himself, that constantly attacked and insulted Mueller. So if you are throwing the hypocrite card on what may happen (if the Democrats criticize), you should be throwing it on republicans on what did happen.
