I'd like to see the figures on how working improves health care outcomes.

I’m just a wingnut but here is the first link I found

    https://www.kff.org/medicaid/issue-...and-health-findings-from-a-literature-review/

There isn’t much research on it from the link but there are positive outcomes for work and health. I’d generally expect that for a variety of reasons, but it would be interesting to see more studies.

    Who is "you guys"?

Did you read any of the link? You asked a question and I found a decent resource for you to check out.

Maybe you were in wingnut ESL. o_O

I'll rephrase. How does work improve a health care outcome? Has anyone had the flu, gone to work, and felt better as a result of working?

Here are some points from that article:

Not having a job makes you depressed especially if you are male.

Well I asked you to read the link it had some good discussion. Anyhow, I was referring to mental and emotional health that comes from having a job, being around others, having purpose, having daily interactions with others, having structure, being active, and so on. These can also help with physical health since there is a clear relation between physical health and emotional health.

I did read the link. We're discussing two different things.

On your point however, social behavior has nothing to do with work and these legislators are not trying to enforce work requirements to improve health care outcomes.

I thought that's what you wanted to see about since you said that.

You can tell people who post things like that don’t actually want to discuss anything.

They want to lure someone to not agree with them 100% immediately so they can paint them as evil and jump down their throat and win the self righteous of the internet award of the day.
