Me too. The man is busting his ass harder than anyone I’ve seen in a long time. He has inserted himself into stat sheets of all time greats. He has forced his way into the MVP conversation year after year. He’s humble about it. He stays out of politics. He stays out of the media circus. He doesn’t b**** about coaches or teammates. He just balls on the court and torches everyone who tries to stop him. He’s a perfect role model for how to be a professional. He reminds me of Dirk and Duncan in that way.

I want to see a guy like him win it all!

Anyway, we all know Harden is doing something that hasn't been ever done. The blind haters will eventually either see it too, or die of hypertension from their irrational rage. Either way, we will be vindicated.

No, but by now he should be. It's okay to take shots at the things Harden does poorly, like defending quick guards on the perimeter. But to completely overlook the things he does better than most on defense is either being ignorant or being a hater.

 

1. I agree "he is not known for his defensive expertise" but that's only because major media outlets keep perpetuating this myth!
2. How is the opinion of others a limit to his game? I think that's a limitation of those who can't appreciate his game.
