Snopes is totally left leaning but "independent"... but OK that is about as credible as Tim Pool, which is fine. If you are happy with their work and trust them, more power to you.

Voter ID laws disproportionately impact older, minority, and poor voters. During a time when more people vote, actively working to reduce voters is the wrong approach. Especially when there is no evidence that illegal voting is a significant problem. Even the disproven argument that you posted about Texas efforts to clean up its voter rolls only found 14 to remove.

That doesn't exactly prove it doesn't happen, especially when it is easy for it to happen on the county level. Especially when videos proving such fruad surfaced. Also 14 removed doesn't mean there aren't more out there. Regardless, ID laws are not a problem. ID's are so basic and it is wrong to assume minorities and poor people can't get them. They have just as much ability as anyone to get them. That is a false argument and I don't think it is proven that they wouldn't be able to should they have to. Older people can surely find someone to help them if they want to vote. Now there is is an example of something that really won't have that big of an impact.

This is the real give away... the unreasonable fear that Dems display when faced with voter ID laws explains EVERYTHING about how they are frauding the system. If they were not fruading in elections, then they wouldn't be so scared of ID laws. Sometimes a person's reaction says everything.

You are delusional. Or are you playing the facts-have-a-liberal-bias card?

Snopes is fact based site that looks at various claims and rates the veracity of them. Tim Pool is a right-winger pretending to be a leftist.

How do you even compare the two?

I read his issues with Snopes and they seem very trivial. He also seems right-wing as he aligns with the Daily Caller. Can you actually use something more credible than a right-wing blogger?

I don't know, can you use anything more credible than left-wing sources?

he doesn't even question the factual basis of snopes. Just complains that Snopes didn't burn Bernie on the $12 intern because they were interns and therefore not subject to minimum wage rules. What's wrong with that?

look, it's really unlikely to find a left wing source criticizing a left wing site like Snopes for left wing bias. So if you don't care for his analysis of where Snopes goes wrong, that's fine, I accept that. I wasn't really expecting you to be convinced anyway. I think his overall point over many postings is that Snopes lost the objectivity it once had when Barbara Mikkelsson left her partner and the site

Snopes isn't left wing though. It's considered on of the least bias sites out there. It just seems to me this is really about the right attacking a credible fact-based site in order to be able to get away with lies.

In any case, there are other sites that show that the Texas Non-Citizen registration Report was flawed - namely the Texas Gov't.

    As did the courts:

Federal judge blocks Texas Secretary of State from purging list of suspected non-citizen voters
    https://www.jurist.org/news/2019/02...purging-list-of-suspected-non-citizen-voters/

Which they did... they found 14.

Correct... they ignored DPS warnings that the data rolls were wrong. And of course, governor abbott tries to pass the buck...

Gov. Greg Abbott blames DPS for voter roll snafu. But the story behind the citizenship review is complicated.

Simply look at other places voter ID laws were attempted... including the idiot that trump put in charge of the voter commission...

Judge strikes down Kansas voter ID law, orders Kobach take legal classes
    https://thehill.com/homenews/state-...les-against-kobach-in-voter-registration-case

Similar state laws were shot down in North Carolina, Arkansas, Missouri and Texas.
