I care, but not enough to swallow anything Judicial watch is pushing. The Hill is credible but this is an opinion piece that starts off with a premise that Russian collusion has faded which has yet to be shown. The rest of the piece is all editorializing of information to try and paint the desired picture rather than just presenting the evidence. It gripes about leaks of which they don't know the source. That isn't evidence of anything. It then goes back to try and discredit the conspiracy to defraud the United States angle again without any proof that it has been abandoned or should be abandoned.

We’ll see, hopefully the AG will do his job and get to the bottom of all the shady dealings.

I am all in favor of any shady dealings being dealt with no matter who was behaving in a shady manner.

All of that is incoherent nonsense and doesn't answer the question.

Why didn't Whitaker or Barr indict her anytime over the past couple of months? The right, literally, controls the justice department right at this moment. There is absolutely nothing stopping them from doing so...nothing...well except of course a crime.

This remains one of the hilariously stupid and easily disprovable conspiracy theories put forth.

    Bookmark whatever you want.

You idiots still can't answer the relatively simple question of why Hilary Clinton is not being indicted by the DOJ controlled by the right.

I guess you missed all the FBI firings. I can’t answer a lot of things that go on in Washington but if the system is just Barr will do his job and start dropping the hammer.

I read through that nonsense posting on that website and talk about a Rorschach test if there ever was one.

But the fact is, the prospectors were given a list of statutory violations “under consideration”. That does not mean Peter S., McCabe etc were given evidence crimes had been committed. Big freaking difference. This would be like Mueller reporting to Barr that Trump was investigated for Conspiracy is his report but because Barr didn’t charge Trump, Barr is covering up.

Prosecutors have the right to take a case and bring charges based on how strong the evidence is that will not get laughed out of a court room.

Sessions, Whitaker, and now Barr have the ability to review the same evidence presented to Peter S., McCabe, and ultimately Comey to now bring charges if there is evidence of wrongdoing. Why aren’t they doing that then?

Maybe... just maybe because they’ll be laughed out of the courtroom and the jury will hand them a major loss in a verdict. That’s why Comey said “no serious prosecutor would bring charges”. Because serious prosecutors care about having the evidence needed to actually win cases. Not just bring inuendo that looks bad but ends up looking partisan when presented to a jury without clear cut evidence of crimes.

The Hillary email investigations always belonged more in Congress than with the FBI and DOJ. Her handling and carelessness was more of a poltical question than a criminal one. And let’s be fair here... she paid a hefty political price. Going for criminal charges is kind of ridiculous and just wreaks of desperation from Trumpland. They don’t even realize that with the Hillary email scandal... they already won.

There’s also a world where, like the Hillary email case, Trump might not have the evidence to be prosecuted and convicted by a grand jury, but the wrongdoing is still something through congressional and media investigations should be something that creates poltical wrongdoing he should pay a price for.

I worry that in this climate and with the propaganda arm that exists for the Trump world, the same political justice does not exist for Trump as it does for the rest of the our elected officials.

Just goes to show the power of propaganda and misinformation. Can really destroy a Democracy.
