Toyota Camrys do not get close to 100+ MPG. If they did, it would be all over every car magazine. It would be all over the news. It would be advertised like crazy. When driven to get the best gas mileage possible, they max out in the low 50s.
The one i drove had 6k miles. Maybe the battery lasts longer earlier in the car’s life. Is that really so hard to believe? The second explanation is the battery was drained on the last day and it was finally running on pure gas meaning it would average out to the stated mpg by depletion. It got at least 90 miles per gallon while it had juice in the battery. It could drop down to 20 for the remainder of the tank after it ran out averaging out to 53. Not everyone is lying with some crazy agenda, sometimes more explanation is required and there you go.
Sorry I come off that way man. It is out of my control. The second possibility is maybe I am just an amazing driver who knows how to squeeze every drop of gas out of his tank and I truly am a blessing to this environment. I have tricks like never accelerating while going uphill, and coasting or adding speed while going downhill. Staying on cruise control at all times, etc.
How many Muslims have a prettied up understanding of Muhammad? Ask most American Muslims if they think Muhammad had sex with a child and they would answer no and tell you you've been brainwashed by Fox News. Of course they are wrong but I would rather them be wrong than literally believing the Quran and the unfiltered history of Muhammad. Understand that 99% of Muslims were born into their religion. Most probably make moral decisions based in common sense and empathy and only practice the benign ritualistic aspects of the religion such as 5 daily prayers, Ramadan etc.
Many Turks fall into this category. I know a good number who eat pork when they visit Germany or other places outside their country and they routinely drink alcohol despite its high tax. Usually curious men, often pleasure seeking in countries abroad, however many still consider pork a great taboo while not blinking when they cheat on their wives. Many of them also don't pray five times a day and a lot of the new gen eats during the day for Ramadan. They almost uniformly consider it shameful though to not do certain traditions and celebrate certain holidays like Bayram. Reminds me of Christians who only go to church on the holidays like Easter and Christmas. Except a lot of them don't even visit a mosque on those days, let alone regularly. Turkey however, is a very special place and culture. Far removed from its neighbors and far more European than most of even them want to admit. Of course, there are strongly devout Turks who do visit the mosque every Friday, say their prayers, and refuse to eat at Ramadan (in some cities, the further east you go, it is not safe to do and restaraunt owners will send you out for even suggesting you want food... don't ask me why their doors aren't locked and closed). But even they are largely observing traditions in the sense that many Christians in the US go to church and try to practice their belief. The culture is split in half at this point between east and west.
Yes...it's incredibly hard to believe that you got 550 miles on 4 gallons of gas. It didn't happen. But, then again, I am one of the billions throughout history that is uneducated.
It is strange that you are denouncing the religion but don't have an opinion about the five pillars that are the supposed basis for the practice of the faith.
Yes. The Quran was written on the heart of a 7th century illiterate pedophilic slave-owning warlord. I am assuming that is where the five pillars of Islam come from, and that the five pillars of Nazism come from Mein Kempf.
