Even if Harden didn't rest, it would be nice if he just delegated more of his work load to the team. Let Paul handle the ball full time, rather than wanting to control it at all times. He could effectively rest during the game.

No way D'Antoni doesn't have PJ Tucker in the starting lineup...

My Gawd... can we sit his happy butt for a week or two already!
We need him healthy for the playoffs - that is #1 priority... everything else is secondary...

The Rockets will get one star guard back on Sunday. They could have another go out.

Rockets guard James Harden is listed as questionable to play against the Timberwolves on Sunday with a cervical strain, the condition that forced him to miss the Feb. 23 game at Golden State.

Harden dealt with neck pain for several games and has struggled with his shot in the past three games. But he scored 41 points with 11 assists, nine rebounds, six steals and three blocked shots against the Suns on Friday. He was shaken up on a foul by Deandre Ayton on one play, reaching for the back of his neck

uard Chris Paul who sat out on Friday, and center Nenê, who was held out of the past two games, are expected to return on Sunday.

Paul said he has come to accept the plan to sit out games on occasion, citing the "big picture."

"Once a team wins a championship" he said, "nobody cares about what they did during the season."

Asked whether he might take some rest days, Harden said "I haven't thought about it."

If the rest of the crew is healthy we don't need Harden against Twolves, Hawks, Grizz so why not give him a week off to heal his various sprains and also work on his wonky 3 pt shot.

Agree with everyone who saying to give him some rest..

But for all those folks saying House is on this team so he can take a break... That's just stupidity... Now y'all saying House can fill Harden's shoes??? Even if y'all aren't... We beat the Warriors without Harden (and no House)... So please get off House's D

LOL - maybe his cervix has a beard too.

FYI (wikipedia) "The cervix or cervix uteri (Latin: neck of the uterus) is the lower part of the uterus in the human female reproductive system."
