House can shoot 3 with 50 percentage. sham does not have guts to shoot with poor percentage. even poorer than Ennis.

During the contract negotiations between House Jr. and the Rockets, @ch44 said the Rockets never offered House a fully-guaranteed, three-year contract. He said that the offers contained clauses that allowed the Rockets to not guarantee the remainder of the contract if House Jr. was waived by a specific deadline. House is right to bet on himself. If he averages double digit scoring and solid defense in the playoffs with everyone watching he will get paid big time.

No offense but I’m going to go with the established reporter over the possible insider here.

    Everyone chill

Our guy Darnell Morley finds dudes like this on the cheap.

    That’s how you stay competitive.

Be the team that finds the Houses not the team that overpays for them.

Albert Nahmad isn’t an established reporter. According to his bio on Twitter (https://mobile.twitter.com/albertnahmad?lang=en), he’s an NBA salary cap junkie that started his own website (heathoops.com) in 2010.

FWIW I was talking to this guy who is an usher last night. He said tilman is changing a lot of things as far as the way things work around there. He's managing everything differently, cutting back etc. The guy said nobody likes to work for him and went as far as calling him a "nazi". I don't know for a fact that this attitude extends to roster management. But, let's just say I have reason to take all of the "reports" a little more seriously.

The man is a billionaire for a reason. If he is not making a profit because labor costs are too high, then it is what it is. That is why it is so important for us to win a championship within the next couple of years. Hopefully it will entice people to spend more on tickets and fill up the stadium on a nightly basis.

Watch House go back to the bench or DNP soon. Clueless MDA! And Damnit Tillman, we could’ve been in the money! He is dealing with Leslie’s legacy though, don’t forget that.

He could help us win a championship and there will be haters that will downplay his impact and defend Tilman once he lets him go. "3 and D role players are a dime a dozen and not worth much" "let's save Tilman money and acquire two mediocre players instead- Morey is great at finding bargains".

Then CP3 will play about 50 games. Harden will avg. 40 mins a game accounting for 50% of the teams offense for next few years and burn himself out in time for Tilman to sign him back at a discount.

I’m in no position to criticize his business acumen. I was skeptical of the idea that he was unwilling to spend money though. I believe this guy’s account of things. Made me wonder how much truth there is to the reports of tensions caused by his management style.

No, he isn’t a journalist. He most definitely a reporter. How do you think he got that info? You think he made it up? He has a source.

To my larger point because he is transparent he is time more credible than insider we can’t vet.

Inserting House into the starting lineup could hurt Hardens Mvp chances. Now the narrative will be he has way too much help. Any of these stars could get 40 point games with House in the lineup

What has clearly happened here is Morey and Brothers agreed that if House gets an offer he will bring it to the Rockets instead of officially signing it. At that point the Rockets will either say goodbye on the spot or they will commit to matching that offer after they have had sufficient time to maneuver financially without the burden of a ticking offer sheet.

Unless Shumpert becomes integral to us winning a championship, he is gone and will be replaced by House. Which means we traded Knight (who would have been a useful expiring contract this summer), a first and a second in a salary dump after all these years of Morey stressing it's a bad idea to trade your picks for replacement level players or short term gains.

You ask exactly the right question. How do you think they get their info? A poster on the BBS has no reason to lie and we have his track record on the table. Albert Nahmad better kiss organizational a$$ if he wants to get leaks, you can 100% expect him to be biased and you can 100% expect a Tilman-led organization to sweep its cheapness under the rug.

Also, any of them could have just made it up. That's no justification.

Good because the food service is horrible. When I was in a suite these food people were giving McDonald service.

You really think House deal didn’t get done because we won’t guarantee 3 years at the MINIMUM?
