Sure, that could happen. I didn't say it couldn't. But, I think the Rockets are going to give Shump a chance to win that last spot in the rotation. Not sure how MDA is going to handle it for the next few weeks. I suppose both Shump and House get some minutes. But, I don't see MDA playing a 10 man rotation in the playoffs. House looked better than Shump when he played earlier in the season. But, the Rockets may want to get Shump some good quality rotation minutes in the coming weeks to get him acclimated to the Rockets system.

Bring him off the bench for shumpert. Leave shumpert at the end of the bench.

work his way onto the playoff roster? hes going to be on the playoff roster. that's the whole point of converting his contract. otherwise they wouldn't have any reason to do so in the first place

Morey did the math and told Tilman he'd be saving money on Capela's failed incentives.

Now Morey has the go-head to sign House. $$$

Doesn't seem to have helped Rivers or Shump. I don't know why that is the case, but I no longer buy the blanket statement that Harden/CP3 will bring up a guy's shooting.

Now, the idiots can stop pretending they think Shumpert is a better option than House just because they want to defend Morey every step of the way. Great news!

Morey wouldn't have done it, if Dantoni didn't think he was a difference maker.. Also I am sure Harden and CP3 said we need more shooters.. I did not follow the rockets earlier on because we played like crap and moved to Greenville early on this year.. Can anyone tell me how he is on defense?? He is a G league player so my expectations are low

Stop trying, dude. Shumpert is a bum. Rivers and Green have had plenty of bad games.

Not yet -- waive Iman Shumpert, sign Terence Jones for the rest of the season.

Can we dump Shumpert? He is absolutely worthless.

Waive nothing. Shumpert's going to be resigned so the Rockets can actually have a large expiring asset to trade this next season. Like Knight was supposed to be.

Unless you think the Rockets will be moving Eric Gordon? Though, the way Gordon's playing lately, assuming he kept it up next year, there's no shortage of potential trade partners.

I'm glad House is back; I hope there's enough playing time for him to possibly return to his January form. I don't think that's going to happen right away though.
