She aint Cherokee …. she's India "indian." Her momma was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

I find her playing the fake Native American card very insulting …. as a native (Comanche).

This is exactly what I was talking about. I'm not even sure who you're talking about at this point, and...

Nobody should care about that crap. Give me Policy or Give them Death. Ok, maybe not Death, but at least Competence?

My bad. I didn't even know Harris was purporting to be a Native American. I threw that line in my original post wrt Liz Warren, kinda like the ketchup and hotdog thing was sorta Trumpish.

And I still don't care about that stuff, other than to laugh about.

I do not like Harris because of her prior actions. Her jumping on the far left causes du-jour does not tilt my opinion to one side or the other.

Some of those things you listed deserve some serious discussion (good luck) and maybe someday a meet-in-the-middle. It would be silly to just dismiss them all out of hand.

Is it true that Smollett is her nephew? If so, there’s your collusion.

First, the quote you were responding to (that I presented data on) was re: deficit:

And the deficit went up during the end of GWB's second term, went way up during Obama's first year, then essentially was cut in half in Obama's last few years before going back up in trump's first year. The numbers are right there in front of you. This was also explained in the article:

    Also from the same article:

    Reagan

    • Started Presidency: $965 billion
    • Ended Presidency: $2.74 trillion
    • Increased 184% or 13.9% per year
    H.W. Bush

    • Started Presidency: $2.74 trillion
    • Ended Presidency: $4.23 trillion
    • Increased 54% or 11.5% per year (only in office for four years)
    Clinton

    • Started Presidency: $4.23 trillion
    • Ended Presidency: $5.77 trillion
    • Increased 36% or 4.0% per year
    W. Bush

    • Started Presidency: $5.77 trillion
    • Ended Presidency: $11.1 trillion
    • Increased 93% or 8.5% per year
    Obama

    • Started Presidency: $11.1 trillion
    • Ended Presidency: $19.85 trillion
    • Increased 78% or 7.5% per year

i don't think she holds any particular sway with Black Americans she comes of as bougie and not the good way, kind of stuck up.

now I have no issue with that but for the common voter I think she comes off cold and aloof which is why I can't see her gaining any real traction during the primary.

people forget that Hillary had a huge chunk of the black vote throughout the 2008 primary.

So basically she's .... Nothing to get excited about ?

In general the Dems get 90-95% of the AA vote. The difference is whether they turn out en masse or if large numbers simply stay home.

Could you see any great number just staying home in the case of Harris Vs Trump?

i don't see any great number staying home but I don't See them being enthused by her either.

i can see Trump energizing the AA vote to turn out against him so it would be a wash.
