I'm not an AOC fan by any means …. but she was one of the better performers of the day - solid , on topic questions. Didn't even use all her time - was straight to the point. Most of the others were just playing political games …. Yes , its sad that the rest of them didn't ask pertinent questions

Its fairly obvious. The Republicans are trying to make her the face of the party. The more one side can push the extremist nature of the other side allows them to rationalize their extreme nature. Just like some try to paint all Trump voters as racist and deplorables.
