    In writing the minority dissent on Louisiana case restricting access to abortion, kavanaugh had his first opportunity to go after Roe and at the same time show he also lied about respecting precedence established in 2016 Texas court case (Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt). kavaugh lied continually during the confirmation hearings... didn't take him but four months before lying as a sitting judge.

    And while we are discussing the conservative supreme court, can someone explain why a Christian minister would be allowed to be present during a prisoner's execution, but a Muslim imam is not allowed?

    So, even the Alabama Department of Corrections could see the Establishment Clause was being violated and denying the prisoner having his Imam present was unconstitutional. So instead of addressing and correcting that, they will stop all clergymen from being present.
