And did they seize communications or financials that would link Trump to the folks colluded? We don’t know.

Also let’s not forget that Nixon was impeached due to the cover up not the original crime. Mueller is looking into obstruction AND collusion. Trump could have Nixon’s fate.

 

You admit that Trump is a liar, but can't bring yourself to trust the guy that he had lie for him who is now facing the possibility of more jail time if he lies again to Congress.

I don't trust either of them... why would I trust a politician or a lawyer. Especially when one of them, like you said, is under the gun and facing jail time. Who knows what he will say if it means getting a lighter sentence.

Not saying you are a Trump supporter, we don't have those on this bbs apparently, but you do go out of your way to defend him though.

 

And yes, this is the guy whose siblings were on a campaign ad for his opponent...

 

Uncle Joe is pretty damn creepy too. I think he usually avoided his own children though.

 

Because I often see bad arguments and call them out... that results in long winded arguments and many posts "defending" him. Sadly. I have also critiqued Trump but people seem blind to that because people don't like to argue on those points usually. Even right wingers click like on my critiques of him sometimes, so it seems like the far lefties typically are the ones itching for a fight these days. Part of the territory of losing an election is having that chip I guess. Plus a lot of people have bought into the doom and glood CNN and other outlets are pushing for clicks. The angles are always so negative and it gets into people whether they realize it or not. I just don't buy that Trump's positions are anything that I would consider far right, I don't think he is Hitler, and I think he is far smarter than people want to ever admit. They guy has actually done far better than expected and his policies are more moderate than anything the left is pushing. This hate for Trump often leads people to make emotional, sloppy arguments.
