    Carl Landry was the anti-TJ

Jones would miss 2 weeks with the most minor injuries.

Landry had Dirk's teeth embedded in his arm and was shot in the leg and missed less time.

I would genuinely rather have D-Mo than Jones lol

    Doubt any would stick anyway.

I genuinely hope that he's improved his game, and I fully expect that he hasn't.

Everything I've watched of him in the G-League just showed he was still awkward as hell, it seemed as if he takes about half the game to get his shot off from the 3 point line. Should be interesting to see what he can do if he gets some decent minutes.

He is the superior player currently. But his contract just cost us another first round pick (because we had to escape the tax with Paul's deal on the books).

We could easily have our pick back plus Thon plus another small salary PnR and rebounding big man like Ed Davis signed in free agency. And we'd better a better team, both now, and in tnt future with more assets at our disposal. And there's no telling what a shooting big like Thin would have become here if given two sessions to learn the game working with Harden and Paul.

It's about the team and what's best for the team.

To win a championship, wet have to beat the Warriors.

To beat the Warriors in 7 games, we have to play 5 out and PnP with PnR/cuts as secondary action when we get them to overplay the perimeter. (We simply CANNOT play that way with Capela OR ANY OTHER BIG MAN THAT CANNOT SHOOT THE 3!) And you've got to be able to switch all their action in their death lineup while still being able to defend the post when they post in they're the lineup. (We Shinjuku cannot play that way with Capela OR ANY OTHER BIG THAT CANNOT SWITCH EFFECTIVELY!)

Some of you guys act like you haven't been watching the Warriors play for the last 4+ years. You watch them fool around with these double big lineups during the regular season and you somehow think they've gotten dumb and are going away from what wins them championships. You're the dumb ones. Durant/Green is their defensive 4/5 combo during winning time. You can't beat them playing PnR. And you can't beat them without switching everything. That means for us to win a championship we cannot have Capela OR ANY OTHER BIG THAT CANNOT BOTH SHOOT THE 3 AND SWITCH EVERYTHING on the court playing top rotation minutes against them and beat them if they're healthy.

I could see him giving minor contributions when the injury bug inevitably hits us again.

His release is a little faster but not fast enough. If he could just quicken his release a little bit more, he would be a starter in the NBA.
