And whatever happened to "el hitman", every time I see something in the news of this nature, I can't help but think, el hitman and the guy that was baited and switched with his call girl.

There is an awesome restaurant right next to this place called "Food Shack" which I visit often when I fly down to this area.

Had no idea this place was right next door...until this morning's news.

You know... the younger side of me wants to laugh, because I would usually make these kinds of jokes. In fact I just made one on page 1 of this thread.

But to be honest, I really feel bad for these women. Imagine if it were your sister telling you that she had an opportunity of a lifetime to work at a restaurant in the US with free rent, and possibly able to move up to become restaurant manager based on performance. She would finally be able to provide and send back money to help the family. But the reality is that she was duped into slavery to pay back a fake debt for bringing her over here, where she services 1,500 men a year, and is never heard from her family again.

I think instead of possibly forcing Kraft to leave or sell the team (i.e. Donald Sterling), they should force him to do community service as the spoke person for human trafficking, and in the ads publicly admit that he himself was a John.

That would be so demoralizing and fit the crime

Exploitation is exploitation but sometimes they don’t lie about what their job will be when they come over here (or didn’t 20 years ago at least). The girls would work the circuit and get a % of the money and then could do what they wanted. It was still illegal (on many fronts) and still exploitation but not quite the same.

Police said at least three women were being forced to provide sexual services at Orchids of Asia Day Spa. More women were in the same situation at another spa just a few miles away.

Investigators said they have rescued six female victims so far, all of whom are from China and do not speak any English.

According to investigators, the women came to the United States under the guise of having legitimate spa jobs, but they found themselves in the middle of an international human trafficking ring that involves Florida, New York and China.

This whole industry needs to pull off a dominos or chocolate milk marketing campaign to save it form itself.
