I believe the Worriers have no qualms about winning unfairly or with help as evidenced by their championship runs...ESPECIALLY last year

Uh yes there is reason. What started off as an amazing accomplishment has turned into selfish basketball by harden ultimately hurting the team. If you don’t believe me simply watch the game tape. In several games players would be open either on high post pick and roll, camping in the paint, or wings and harden never passes but simply tries to score through 3 or 4 defenders. Now this just isnt smart basketball. If you watch closely he hasn’t played like last year when he distributed beautifully involving team mates and fueling the offense. Again not all his fault due to injuries, no D house and inconsistency of other players and MDA giving him huge minutes which forced his hand. But fact is as of late his play has been a concern and it seems as if the plays he could make deferring to teammates, he doesn’t make and His shots are forced. This leads me to think he is trying to keep up with the streak and for no other reason. Perhaps I’m wrong but this is just my analysis of his play as of late.

I can visualize that perfectly from your description. So funny, and so true.

I only disagree with the fact that Tucker needs to be in there for the majority of minutes in the playoffs because when times get tough - he shines.

And I believe Gordon is more suited to being the focus of the offense against second units.

Capela and Faried though definitely need to be our starting frontcourt to eradicate that weakness of defensive rebounding.

This is so true what you are saying. The Rox have got to have a balanced respect for other teams you can see the focus they play with against the Warriors

I meant they haven't said anything disrespectful about our team like the rest of the league.

I would bet that cousins wont play much against us in playoff if we play the warriors. Last year, we couldnt play capela much against warriors and with cousins on the floor we actually match up better and can play capela

Meh. I still think the Worriers believe they are above everyone including the Rockets. They have false security and conveniently shield out the fact that CP3 going down opened the door wide open for them.

But yes, all these factors point to the notion that Rockets have their number and are indeed in their heads. Rockets are fearless against them and Rockets have the best player on the planet with a GOAT PG in CP3 along with a better overall team than last season. Rockets are hungry and have been the hunter for the past 2 seasons. Worriers are worried deep down beneath the veil of false confidence.

We still could have won a ship w/out cp3 were it not for rigged bs officiating

Btw - to make myself feel better I tell myself that had we advanced to the finals maybe Harden would have had a REALLY bad injury and we would have lost to the East and lost Harden for 1 full season.

Ok - weird but it works for the pain

Yes, Eric can still get 20 solid minutes, sometimes even more if he is hot. I want to see Rivers handling the ball and bringing it up against pressure too as Paul's backup. He is talented and should be doing better. Faried has adjusted better to his role than Austin. If our role players are more consistent, we can go deeper into the playoffs.

While Ariza and Luc are missed, it's interesting their losses haven't seemed to stop the Rockets' from beating the Warriors consistently.

Just need to play like that against everyone. 3 straight games against teams under .500. With Harden/CP3/Capela all likely to be playing, zero excuse to not be on a 4 game winning streak going into the Celtics game

I was for benching Tucker for House at the 4, but Faried tonight showed he's more than capable of playing alongside Capela at the 4.

Considering that PJ actually played well, I'd rather we just keep him starting at 3 and bring House off the bench after he's signed.

Harden is a great passer but he's not the Point God... no shame in that
