On the racist & homophobic aspect of his actions , makes me think he should be charged with a hate crime. Hate was the basis for his actions.

This whole thing has been the perfect example of Trump Derangement Syndrome, and people alleging/fabricating charges of "racism" where they simply don't exist.
There's also, possibly, some thinly-veiled bias against non-American, immigrant blacks in enlisting them as henchmen. Also the extent to which prominent blacks and allies kind of got corralled into supporting him, but particularly any close friends and that fine-ass sister of his.
