Harden needs to score close to 40 or more for the Rockets to win any game where Harden is only scoring 30 is most likely a loss...then u factor in crooked refs and u can see why this team lost
Not really had mike kept faried in there longer and played tucker less, gordon played better in the fourth and green not been such a disappointment we would have won. Harden needed to attack the bucket more as well.
Look at the top teams in the league like the Celtics you got 8 or 9 players making positive plays when the game winds down, whether it's creating a needed shot, hitting clutch 3's, getting a key steal or stop, extending the possession with a key rebound etc. Rockets have Harden, declining CP3 and a bunch of role players that can have a good game every 5 games or so. Most of these wins Rockets got required Harden to score over 40 and efficiently. Put him on one of those teams instead of their number 1 player and they could be favored to win it all. What's he supposed to do on an old, unathletic small ball team that sacrifices size and doesn't even get the benefits of speed and high efficiency scoring that small ball supposedly brings. Also the team's only gonna get worse from here with no real room to improve.
We don’t have capable scorers on our roster outside of Harden and Paul. I can’t fathom why y’all would want the streak to end so our offensively challenged role players can put up more bricks...
You know what else would help? If Capela didn’t rebound, paul didn’t assist and Gordon’s made no 3s. Nah just kidding, harden scoring 30 forever please
