    If I were Smollett I would be terrified of a Federal Indictment. If convicted of sending a "powdery substance" through the mail, that's a violation of Patriot Act Federal Codes and the Justice Department doesn't mess around with that.

    Also....that 17 minute news conference the Assistant D.A. laid out sure made it sound like they got this hoax laid out soup to nuts. He's crazy if he doesn't plead out to a lesser crime.

    This guy is looking at an OJ Simpson type fall from grace all because he hates Trump and whitey? SMH....

    you don't have to believe someone to follow these guidelines. That's the whole point. These guidelines don't force someone to be believed as that's completely irrational.
