Damn. My Dad was doing that Rocky stuff in 2013. I just recalled. My Dad was John Wayne size, but harmless and loving as hell. My drinking is on both sides of my family. But he was Rocky.

    I'm an ass. Continue.

Rocky II for me, mainly because of the lead in when Adrian wakes up from the coma and tell him "win!" Plus, I like how all the kids start following him up the art museum steps.

Though 4 is probably my favorite movie, two had the best video here. That music in four is lame.

I and XI are the most inspiring; IV is most energetic, innovative, and awesome; and III has the best song.

III and Balbao are tied for my fav Rocky movies.

...but to be honest.. I just re-watched the montages one after the other and I think Rocky II had the best montage.

I actually prefer the Clubber Lang montage in III. I remember watching it and thinking "oh man, that pretty boy is gonna get his ASS kicked."

Gonna have to go one or Balboa, montage of one is a classic!

That's cheating, anything with Eye of the Tiger automatically wins any sort of sports questionnaire.

I skipped your thread on this for a reason.

You don't like what could be considered one of the best movie legacies of all time. I'm not going to say you're a moron, but your opinion is moronic in regards to this series.

First one won an Oscar, for Christ's sake.

This, which is written by another youngun, should be what to watch. He's corny, but this guy should be the new Roger Ebert, IMO. He's that good at movie reviews.

I have to go with the original!

Having no one who believes in you, except you and your trainer/corner man (Mickey) is hardcore primal!! There’s no high tech training, no crowd cheering, no fancy living, it’s just him and a cold meat locker full of delicious steaks!! All he cares about is not getting knocked out and being upright when the last bell sounds!!

    Will watch again...;)

(P.S.) OP every time I read your username my mind drifts away to a happier place...

Daisy Duke and Roscoe P. Coltrane kept me entertained! For different reasons of course!!! :D

    "We"?

You didn't do jack $hit but you've certainly whined like a little b**** about "Rocky".

I for Montage and Movie. There was a truth in that movie that resonated. Philadelphia feels the same in the movie as it is in real life.

I do like the II montage when he just separates from that kid trying to run with him.

I'm going to go with III. There's just something about watching him get his mojo back after Adrian called him out on his BS and put him in his place on the beach.
