To be fair and objective, you also have to take into account the doubling of the work force that was brought about by the fairer sex entering the labor force en masse starting in the 60s/70s. To me, that's what has depressed wages as much as anything. But there are probably several factors at work here, including illegal immigration.

Just for the record - the person that posted those statistics is not "pro full vanity wall". His position is similar to mine - strategic locations , a total of about 220 more miles here in Texas.

Anyone who wants the whole sea to shining sea wall is off their fuggin rocker.

 

Whats a bigger concern, that the acting secretary of defense doesn't deem trump's vanity wall being needed as a response to a so-called national emergency... or that it would be needed to state that the administration would follow laws, rules and not "bending the rules".
