That's not what it's saying at all. It's saying we're winning x amount when those guys are the court without the context of which teammates they're playing with and which opponents they're playing against. Dude this is not worth the time. You're showing me a rating that has Gerald Green and Danuel House as the winningest players on the team, and are using that stat to "demonstrate" that Green and House are roughly equivalent knowing full well that list does not demonstrate which players are roughly equivalent WHICH IS WHY JAMES HARDEN IS NOT FIRST ON THAT LIST. I got it, you think Green and House are roughly equivalent. Thanks.
But House hasn't been exceeding expectations now is he? He was undrafted and got cut from 2 previous teams so what expectations did he exceed prior comig to Houston? Saying House is gonna be better than 15 of the 90 wing players in the NBA just shows how out of it you are, look up Danuel House on google which teams are talking about him? Which teams are salivating over Danuel freaking House before you ask me to provide you with stats why don't you provide proof other teams are frothing out of the mouth to sign him? Tell you what, send me your linked in bro. Show how you keep leaving your companies every two years yet keep getting hired to bigger and better positions. Cuz most executives are just like Morey, they don't want to be a stepping stone when they invest in an employee they want that employee to stay and pay off the amount of time, mentoring and energy they are spending on him. Saying no one will have a problem with that is pretty dumb tbh, you think Samsung will hire a guy who will learn their secrets and then go to Huawei after 2 years? Thats why people look for a resume in the first place, they look at your track record and what you have done previously. If you have shown that you leave your job every 2 years then whats to say you won't leave your job now if you are hired? Head hunting and hiring and onboarding are massive costs maybe for rank and file it doesn't matter but for executive roles these guys set the direction of the company you don't want them changing every 2 years. Out of topic but saying "I grew faster than the organization" in an interview just sounds so arrogant. Omg we have a potential Zuckerberg here, a genius of geniuses. You better be a 4.0 GPA Ivy league Summa c*m Laude to say stuff like that to be taken seriously and not fired at your 2 previous jobs lol.
Bro you are the only one thinking House is superstar material. He may be better than Green but he isn't significantly better. You realize Iman Shumpert just got traded to the team right? Iman and EG will get most of the mins at SF. The 10 mins or so of PT of House or Green isn't a big difference. It's not worth using the MLE. We got lots of expiring players: 1. Rivers 2. Faried 3. Shumpert I would prioritize these guys for the MLE more than House if he doesn't want the vet min then too bad.
No one is thinking that. You are the only person in the world who thinks there are people on the planet who think House is better than a marginal player. I'm done with this especially as it's devolved into personal attacks. Thanks.
You don't think House is more than a mrginal player yet you keep saying he is a starter and one of the top 90 wings in the league who has exceeded expectations and in demand by all the teams lol. Right. Glad we put this **** to bed. Thanks.
Random thought: Is House doing what is asked of him by the Rocket’s front office? - His agent said we will get paid if we are patient - He is not playing in the G league - The other threads talking about tax hits - His action “I’m TMac” => like he has deal already - Only one return on after the trade deadline so there is a spot for him - His fit and chemistry with Harden => Harden & MDA not saying a word - We now have knowledge of how goofy things can get => Capela and his contract & now the paying of the incentives. Maybe he is a better TEAM PLAYER then we think.
Are you talking down to me about Danuel House? SMH Now that Shumpert has signed on the need for House is much less. Morey will bring House back this year when it's best for the franchise financially to do so. Going into tax hell over a guy like House is, lets just say stupid. I'm just glad you aren't running the team. You were probably the guy that wanted to bring back an avg guy like Ariza at 15 mil per year and re-sign an injured Luc.
Yes of course, the only way anyone could want something so scary as Danuel House on a minimum deal is if they value Ariza at 15! lol
I agree 100% House hasnt proven sh*t and he has a idiot agent.....if we get him cool...if not then let his a** be restricted and keep making $400 a day as opposed to $8500.
In his latest article today, Feigen says that people with the Rockets are speculating that House may have been promised a contract this summer by some team (obviously would be tampering).
House has been sucking ass from 3 down in the g league .... only two games in ... the still, the time off definitely took him out of his Rhythm. Just another reason why this situation is a bad deal for everyone involved. Cooler heads did not prevail . Maybe both sides can turn things around ... but if House continues to shoot poorly then maybe we think his earlier 3% was a fluke
I could be wrong but I believe the team that promised him the contract would be fined, not necessarily House himself.
