But is he close to getting healthy to play?
Why did the Pelicans waive him, when they are still competing for a playoff spot?

Bennett has some skills, but he is too slow and fat. I would pass up on him.

Moose is better than Gortat, because he is serviceable. Gortat has lost all of his athleticism, unfortunately.

Atlanta announced yesterday that they won't release any veteran.
    But now they did.

Hopefully they will release Lin and Dedmon too?

Beasley, Lopez, Monroe, Morris, and Kanter should all be considered imo. Beasley off the bench would be nice. Good big scorer. May not be the most efficient guy, but will give us 10-15 a night with the minutes and sometimes thats all we need, a bench guy who can put up some points and take the load off Harden.

Wow, it's never too late to tank I guess. They beat us with good effort and pride being so underhanded, that's why I thought they would still try to make it.

I wonder consider Beasley, Morris, Monroe, maybe Lopez too. I would pass up on Kanter. Spelling error corrected from wonder to would.

Markieff seems like an obvious, if imperfect fit. He’s kind of a mediocre player but that’s better than nothing and he definitely has attitude which can be helpful.

The rest of those guys are useless except Lopez but even he is a weird fit because of minutes. He’d for sure be better off elsewhere

I agree with your comments about Markieff. He has been an underachiever, I liked him when he made his debut for the Suns.
Lopez has played very poorly, I don't think he is better than Nene, which is
surprising considering that he is 30. Beasley can heat things up, but he is a bit crazy as usual. Moose is limited but he plays with a professional attitude. Kanter's defense is just terrible.

Wouldn’t mind seeing Beasley in a Dantoni offense. It’s probably the situation he has been missing his whole career. I mean we see what Dantoni offense does for a player like Harden, Farried, House, id take a shot on Beas. Still pissed Morey traded him for Tyler Ennis right before the coaching switch. I think Beas would have thrived.

That’s how embarrassing that loss was. Missing 4 out of 5 starters.

They have the 3rd worst record in the west.

Terribly embarrassing indeed. I didn't pay attention to their record. Thanks.
They have been shaken up by AD's situation. I'm surprised that he didn't end up with LAL.

my guess is that they are going to put an all defense line up to protect a good lead, and let CP3 rest to prevent injury. The most important thing is that he's available against the warriors and in the finals if we can get that far. I can definately see shump, tucker, rivers, capela, and harden protecting leads.....
