Long term doesn’t have to mean 5 years from now. We don’t have THAT much longer. If we **** things up this year cap wise then that literally could be it. It seems, to me at least, that we have taken a minuscule hit this year so that we can have a much better chance the next few. I also truly believe that many are underestimating this roster and it’s only because we haven’t seen it fully healthy and clicking yet.
someone asked in the Feedback section . . . do bots have feelings? can you really be unhappy with Tilman? asking for a friend.
I don't particularly think this was a good move, especially moving Stauskas. I hope we don't end up regretting this move.
we didnt even need shumpert, rivers is the better player for our system. we should have traded shumpert and second round picks for mirotic. Mirotic is a cheaper ryan anderson
So, if we had to compensate the Pacers to take these guys, it means someone in the Shumpert trade insisted we take them on. Which really means, we traded Anderson, Melton, Knight, Chriss a 1st, and 2 2nds for Shumpert.
mirotic gives harden and cp3 a floor spacer on the court so they can have better driving lanes like ryno used too. And we could have cut pj's minutes down as well
Does this clear the way for House to reach a deal with the Rockets and still stay under the luxury tax?
Also with Harden, Capella & Paul contracts the long term moves would be .... actually using the mid level?
I don’t think fans are seeing the big picture..... Also if it were you’re job wouldn’t you try to avoid the LT as long as possible, if it was possible to still field a contender?????
100% agree. CP3, Harden and Capela were like 46-4 or something last year when playing together. They've played less than 10 games together so far this season .
Hands up everyone who is genuinely sad we lost Stauskas and Baldwin? These guys stink!! Open roster spots are far more useful, and if we are 'allowed' to spend money on buyout guys now, all the merrier!
