i think ive mentioned it before, but check out a podcast called 'behind the bastards' and their 3 part series on alex jones. they go deep into his whole history from when he was a kid through the divorce and very public child custody battle. it's my second favorite one of theirs after the 2 part'er on steven segal (possibly my favorite podcast episode anywhere...of all time).

Alex Jones is more than likely a shill. You sprinkle in a few nuggets of truth into an otherwise poisonous lake of lies and insanity and people won't know what to believe. He is the exact kind of guy the CIA would use for such a task because no one would ever take his ideas seriously. Regardless, he has more than enough motivation from all the endorsements he takes on. The guy is entertaining. His conspiracy theory character is hilarious.

At the very least, he has been outed as a performance artist.

Also interesting to note... when alex jones and infowars were "banned" from social media platforms there were many that pointed to that as an example of censuring "conservatives".

 

This is what the right does - they attack women and minorities this way because they are cowards and fear women and minorities having power. What scum of the earth.

The right celebrates it en masse in a way the left doesn't. The left will condemn these behaviors at least, the right laughs and champions it. Look at the way they tar and feathered Philips for beating a drum, make Michelle Obama a man, B Obama an illegal Kenyan Muslim, Hillary is "evil", etc etc - every woman and minority is attacked personally and savagely. Dems never did that to Romney. Rumors are made up about Trump (although in fairness the truth is much worse), and you don't see the right do this kind of savagery to white democratic male politicians. Joe Biden doesn't get attacked the way they do Michelle Obama. It's absolutely disgusting.

The right wing media leads the charge, and it is bolstered by a hate of women and minorities.
