Harden and AD would be such an incredible duo, but it doesn’t even register as a possibility in his mind

we spend all this time thinking about Bron, PG, Butler, etc, but these dudes are never thinking about Houston

 

Because that doesn’t help Klutch Sports, of course. They are trying to force a trade to the Lakers by Thursday. Also, it’s not surprising, yet hilarious, that Caldwell-Pope is in none of the Lakers offers. He has a no-trade clause in his contract and happens to be a Klutch Sports client.

Melo wasn’t a star, and I wish we were never on his list

I thought the arrival of CP3 would for sure attract a 3rd star to Houston, but that hasn’t been the case so far

We were one of his prefered destinations but Butler didnt release an official list to the media.
Imagine if on top of everything else he had the gall to demand specific destinations.

 

In the end, between these expiring guys:

- George wanted the Lakers -> ended up in OKC
- Butler wanted Miami and L.A or NY -> ended up in Philly
- Leonard wanted L.A -> ended up in Toronto

Davis is not even expiring so...

 

Still think my three way trade with us and Philly can beat an offer with LA.

Philly get EG and Niko

New Orleans get Capela, Fultz, House, Chandler and Chriss (both expiring), Phillys 1st and four Houston 1sts

Houston gets AD and Solomon Hill

No brainer for Philly and us.
It gets Pels a player arguably better than any single Lakers player that’s also locked up. House can also be locked up on a fair contract. Clears cap space for them (Hill) and gets them two first rounders this year on top of their own lottery. Speeds up rebuilding. That is very key as I doubt Lakers will be able to do that for them.

 

Lebron, Kawhi, AD, PG, and Butler all recently...so far there’s been little to no interest from these guys...maybe it’s my fault for thinking that after the acquisition of CP3 that Houston would be seen as a premier destination and we’d be able to attract a 3rd star

 

I think she doesn't know anything about basketball, but she has the temperament for a rage trade!
