We need tall, tough athletic dogs with length who can bring reliable shooting, defense and rebounding. Realistically, Bazemore plus House can improve our wing spot. They are tough minded long players, who are physically quite strong and with good stamina. They won't quit. House is 6'7' and can help Tuck guard KD too. Kent is 6'5'', he can guard 2 and 3's. It's not possible to get a taller forward. Ja Green is more of a finesse type, but he can complement Tucker. He might be a better fit than Nikola. Acquiring DJ with a buyout would complete the circle as best as possible. Knight unfortunately is untradeable. Giving up EG might be our only chance with a protected 1st rounder to improve our depth. I really don't want that to happen, but I can't see it any other way.
Prince or Bembry would be easier cap wise than Bazemore. I would settle for Prince who is on the trade block plus retaining House. Then I would look to add Ja Green and retain EG too. It's not going to be easy, I admit.
I really want the Rockets to finally get that third star, i think we're going to need that badly going forward so, i'd say Davis, Butler or Beal, but i don't see that happening now so...i don't really know, Mirotic, Bazemore and Green are all good players, i don't think they'll be enough to make us much better but it is what is. Gasol makes no sense and Miller/Dedmon are bench players that would help a bit but we need more than that.
