He was utterly terrible. He killed us in the 2nd quarter to let them back in it then was terrible in the 2nd half pretty much the whole half.

Okafor won them this game in the third with his interior dominant on but you slot Clint in there that ain’t happening

 

He didnt have a worse night than anyone else tonight imo. Im not trying to be condescending or pedantic my apologies. Im just saying that plus minus isnt supposed to be used for one game, it tells you nothing imo.

 

Ahh, I'm not going to dump on Jimmy...horrible night BUT, they are double and triple teaming him...and you know what ? Nobody WANTS the ball...nobody comes to help. And, we have to have the most fragile team there is....CP3 on a minutes restriction ? Hell, he's on a game restriction. What really bothers me is there is a lot you can't control...shots dropping, rebounds that get away, missed foul shots..BUT, you can control EFFORT. Manimal for sure but it was hard to find it elsewhere.

 

Might be burned out? We should be fine.

CP3 will hopefully regain his form, and we can have Harden being efficient again by reducing the offensive load.

 

This is the dumbest fanbase I've ever seen.

 

Moment of assuming that we are not contenders. We are a bad team without a game plan and with a disastrous defense. Only a miracle in the trade deadline can change this.

I agree with you, i can get the first half, you play with not much effort against this kind of opponent, but in the second half we should've come out to win, and it didn't happen, for me he's the one who can/should set the tone, and in this game he set a bad one.

 

The Rockets just aren’t good this year. It isn’t just because Capela is out. It’s way beyond that. We started the season like **** and we’re right back to it.

I get that, but Pelicans also swarmed him basically with doubles all night and even triple teams and imagine mentally what he thinks when he does make a good pass out of one for a wide open shot and its bricked... Id lose my mind watching that. He's done so much already and as of now *hopefully CP3 finds himself again/knocks rust off... hes still getting no help. He is the MVP. MVP's can have bad games. Bron has, Jordan has, Curry, KD, Wilt etc most didnt/dont have garbage around them. Think about the fact that Faried is playing the best right now besides Harden.

 

I'm not even surprised by this loss. These Rockets are a first round exit waiting to happen.

 

What did I just see? Surely it was a waking nightmare, divorced from reality. We couldn't possibly be this bad.
