    This is a distraction that we don't need right now.

    1. We don't have enough to get him anyway.

    2. The Pelicans will just use us as leverage to get the offer they really want like many other teams have done in the past .

    3. Our players seem to be easily distracted by trade rumors and it ends up hurting their play.

    Let's just focus on getting everyone back healthy and playing good ball before the playoffs.

    It’s not like we’re the perceived favorites or anything like that. DM will quietly kick the tires and do his due diligence before moving onto more realistic options.

    I don’t think CC or EG are losing sleep worrying they might get traded to Nola.

    Nope. AD is highly unlikely, but we need to jump into this mess with both feet and emerge as the oft-necessary third team that dumps garbage contracts and picks up a solid piece or two.

    I guess every team should stay away since no one is guaranted to end up with him then...ok.

    On a second thought i agree, Rockets should not try to trade for a top 10 player in the league and concentrate all thier effort to resign T.Ma...ehm, i mean, Danuel House.
