I haven't missed one payment! I don't know why they are reporting this! How can they do this? My near perfect score dropped 114 points. I am freaking out and so worried, any advice? Has thus happened to anyone?

Go on CreditKarma and file a dispute. You should be able to do it for free.

As long as it was paid on time, they will have to fix it.

If you aren't applying for credit anytime soon it shouldn't matter as much. It will eventually be fixed after sorting out reason for error.

Before you file a dispute, you should call your mortgage company. This stuff is easily rectified with a call and proof you made the payment on time.

I called them. They said they wouldn't do it, and said I'm on the hook for it. So when the hurricane happened, they put most of Ft. Bend County on forbearance due to hurricane impacted area. I was trying to get off forbearance, so they told me to make restart payments and everything would be handy dandy. Now they are saying since my account was "delinquent" that it reported on my credit score. WTF!! How do I make this right? They weren't even willing to listen or care. I have followed their instructions to the tee, and they still screwed me. My score went from 808 to 699. This is stressing me out, I haven't done anything wrong.

Was it forbearance or deferment? From what I understand (not an expert) Forbearance is temporary relief that you still have to pay. Is it possible you restarted payments but forgot to pay for the time you were in Forbearance? You need to see what the terms of the forbearance were to make sure (time, repayment).

It sounds like they suspended your payments and you forgot to pay it thinking it would be added on somewhere or you were confused on how to pay during forbearance. These guys are sneaky.

Don't worry about your credit score, If you aren't opening up new credit, It wont affect your life that much.

Harden dropped that many points too, but it took him two games to do it. You are a machine.

Well that's something you should've said in the op. Do exactly what @moestavern19 said and file a dispute immediately. I would do it now. If you find that it was your screw up, you can always drop the dispute.

Call them first and let them know of the error. If not fixed within 50 days file a complaint with the CFPB. They will jump into action to fix once the CFPB is contacted if they are clearly in the wrong.

I used to do it for Navy sailors. Not allowed to represent you, but you should be good as long as you can document everything.
