Sure, it is right in the first OP...

"Lemon pointed to a recent Government Accountability Office report that shows that since the 9/11 attacks in 2001, far-right violent extremists have killed 106 people in 62 attacks in the United States, while radical Islamist violent extremists have killed 119 people in 23 attacks."

"He also referenced several studies, including a 2017 report from the Nation Institute’s Investigative Fund and the Center for Investigative Reporting’s Reveal, which found that from 2008 to 2016, there were almost twice as many terrorist incidents carried out on U.S. soil by right-wing extremists — many of whom are white — than by Islamist extremists."

Now, when will you realize that you have done the same as Lemon so you, more than any other in this thread, have no ground to be angry at what he did. You just don't like it because white people are the subject of it. Had he done it with black people (and he has) you wouldn't be outraged about it at all.

Wrong. He never stated that during the conversation. Keep dreaming.

Lemon retreated when he was called out on his bullshit. During his retreat he threw out some out-of-context data about "far-right" and "right-wing" extremism -- all in a desperate effort to bait individuals into creating a link between "right" and "white".

Judging by your endless resolve to defend Lemon's racist behavior, I can see Lemon's tactic worked.

    Try harder. Fail harder.

White men created all the technology that ensures an easy life today. They are the minds that built the civilized world. There needs to be a white appreciation month where people can just appreciate the white man instead of ruining his creation.

You're still ignoring the data he presented, whether he did it in this video is irrelevant when the OP himself brought it up...

It is hilarious that Lemon using white crime stats is racist but you using black crime stats isn't. The hypocrisy is amazing.

    Wrong. Try again.

If anyone was confused about you possibly being a racist I don't think you've left any doubt.

Post the progress that shows otherwise . . . Whites and Asians headline the entire list yet are discriminated against today for they achievement by bigots like yourself. All I’m asking for is a white appreciation month.

It really isn't my job to educate you neither will I be able to do so in one post. If you want to remain ignorant, that's cool by me...

By the way, can you quote where I've discriminated white people? I can quote you multiple times judging black people as a group, over and over and over again and calling natives inherently dumber. Remember that?

Who is the bigot here, really?

Oh sheeshhh... a cop out .. because you don't like the facts. I have shown you the ways out of the problems you state AA's have yet you want to live in narratives from la la land. Life is a 2 way street, when you constantly ask, you must also be prepared to give. If you can't put aside entitlement, do not expect growth.

Playing the victim card when you hear something you don't like is a form of discrimination towards those who can have results based discussion. You're essentially hating on people who are problem solvers and that is very dangerous. So show me those who have created innovations that have led to civilized society. Historically I wouldn't expect anything, but surely in the 21st century we'd see more progress with affirmative action and constant opportunities? Asians were victims of colonists as well ...

As has been pointed out earlier, Affirmative action allows for quotas to be filled but hurts innovation and progress.

These are the facts. I think a white appreciation month is in order as quality of life continues to get better due to these advancements.

Ah yes, because scientific innovation all boils down to the year 2016...

    By the way...

"In 1861, Latimer, along with Joseph Nichols, invented a lightbulb with a carbon filament, an improvement on Thomas Edison's original paper filament, which would burn out quickly, and sold the patent to the United States Electric Company in 1881.[9] He received a second patent on January 17th 1882 for the "Process of Manufacturing Carbons", an improved method for the production of lightbulb carbon filaments.[10][11]

The Edison Electric Light Company in New York City hired Latimer in 1884, as a draftsman and an expert witness in patent litigation on electric lights. While at Edison, Latimer wrote the first book on electric lighting, Incandescent Electric Lighting (1890)[12] and supervised the installation of public electric lights throughout New York, Philadelphia, Montreal, and London.[9] When that company was combined in 1892 with the Thomson-Houston Electric Company to form General Electric, he continued to work in the legal department. In 1911, he became a patent consultant to law firms.[13]"

Scientific advancement throughout human history is a group thing...but keep making these claims...I see you're very very proud of the accomplishments of other men just because they share the same skin color of you...who am I to take away your pride and joy?

I am proud of all accomplishments, but as the stats show, they are slowed down from certain places (non existent) due to affirmative action, the supposed best and the brightest are still falling far short of the mean.

But again, if I complained about not being in the NBA because I didn't get to practice as much as Lebron, then had a quota instilled to make it in the nba, then was exposed, I would probably stop complaining and creating an anti lebron narrative.

But the stats don't matter when it doesn't suit your racist, anti progress narrative.

Thomas Edison was a white man, was he not? We shouldn't be uncomfortable about thanking men just because they don't look like us. Latimer, a man of progress, would thank Edison for giving him a road to progress. It's unfortunate it's no longer about that nowadays.

Guess that's the difference between you and I honestly.

I honestly take no pride in the accomplishments of Latimer, Obama, MLK...or anyone else that shares my race. I'd be proud of my son, of my brother, of my father, but random dudes not related to me but share the same race as me? What? I can't take pride in that. I can feel happy for them that they worked hard and achieved things...but I can be happy for anyone that worked their tails off and achieved things.

I can't feel guilty about gang bangers in Chicago, why should I have to answer for their crimes? Because they share the same race as me? Will you answer for the crimes of white right-wing terrorism? No, You'll 'Lone-wolf' it though no doubt.

Like I honestly don't get how dudes can sit around and take pride in other things people with 0 relation to them accomplished. Like, I can get being proud because someone from your hometown did something...but like...actually taking claim of it like you accomplished that feat by proxy? Nah. I'll leave that to you though. You're right, you should be proud of all inventions by all white men that ever lived.

    Want a cookie?

Lol, the data you presented have 0 to do with Affirmative Action. This reminds me when you claimed that natives inuits were dumber because of their diet and then linked me to a study that talked nothing about intelligence. You just randomly throw data at people then use it as an excuse to hide behind your racist jibber jabber.

Edison was indeed white but I'm not the one denigrating white people? It doesn't make a difference to me that he was white. You said that and I quote..."White men created all the technology that ensures an easy life today. They are the minds that built the civilized world."

You've been moving those goal posts ever since lol. First, it was "WHITES CREATED EVERYTHING" then... "Whites and Asians created most things!" to now "Edison was white and Latimer should thank Edison for giving him a chance!"

Did you read the CNN headline from the Lemon-Cuomo video? It was literally about “hate crime”.

Some of us have the comprehension to bring relevant data to the discussion.

And I guess this confirms that you fell for Lemon’s “right” == “white” schtick.

I must have missed it when Senator was going on about that crap. Holy cow! It seems like Senator was the result of education not teaching him the truth about history and have him an incomplete version instead. He should be thanking you for helping to point him in the direction of real history.

Amen i just don't get the fact that they can't ever be the cause or effect of terror in America.

I really can't tell if this is satire or not.

I'm really not a big fan of what Lemon said. And the only justification I can accept is if his statement and others like it are meant to show how hurtful it is to others when similar stats/statements are used against them.

But, when you make posts like the one you made above, it really is indefensible. I hope you are playing a character.

I like and agree with JayGoogle's point that we should all take pride in (be judged by) our own individual actions. Feeling better about yourself (read: superior) based on your race is kind of sad.

Did you LISTEN to the video? It was literally about right wing terror by white men.

When are you going to own up to the fact that your black crime stat threads were in bad taste and that they were no different than what Lemon said? Honestly, that's all I ask.
