That was hilarious. He thought it was a football kick off and didn't want to touch it in fear of not fielding it cleanly. That...or he just really wanted to play some defense again. Gordon's reaction...priceless.

Of course, one could ask how much he was being paid to throw the game?

It's kind of like coach said...PJ doesn't normally receive the ball in that situation so he was boxing out around the ball until Harden came to get it I guess. Everyone is so co-dependent on Harden doing everything that they have trouble forming their own thoughts on what to do in certain situations.

EGO is not excused here, why did he pass it like that instead of straight to him?!

This game probably focuses more on his clothing more than basketball nowadays.

    I count 3 mind farts:
    1. EG passing it to Tucker for end of the game free throws
    2. Tucker looking at a live ball as if there were no defenders around
    3. Vonleh doing exactly what Tucker was doing before realizing he's allowed to grab a loose ball

That is an unbelievable amount of fail in a short period of time at critical moments. And you didn’t even include the matador defense on the layup to Trier with like 20 seconds left! made even more annoying by him falling to the floor...why is he always falling?

Can someone put together a montage of all this fail?

You know, watching it again, it should have been called out of bounds on Houston since Tucker tried to slap the ball away while standing out of bounds. I mean, I don't blame the refs for not calling it. They were probably just as confused as we were.

Tucker not grabbing it before Vonleh was the biggest mistake.

If Gordon saw this happening why didn't he go play defense? He started running down the court frustrated. Makes no sense.

That level of poor play looks more like the game was rigged for Phoenix to win. Sometimes I think we are being completely had by the league and the NBA has turned into wrestling.
