Just hope we can get back to full strength soon and stay healthy. Its the only way we can get him some rest.

Harden looks very tired in the 4th quarter. I mean he is faced with way too many defensive schemes to stop him. He is pretty much the lone offense other than Eric Gordon. He is putting this team on his back every night. The guy gets so much hate from idiots across the nation and especially from some morons that criticize him are from Houston. I don't understand it. He is playing within the NBA rules and if you cant stop him, put up and shut up.

I didn't think anyone would ever sit on the same pantheon as Dream in Rockets lore. I was wrong.

Harden is carrying this team on his back.

Yall think harden might actually be learning a lot from all these different defenses teams are throwing at him ?

Could make life easier on him in the playoffs

this. worst are the whiners on this board

    "too fat"
    "too lazy"
    "too many turnovers"
    "too selfish"
    "too lethargic"
    etc...

if he replaced steph or kd on the warriors or lbj on the lakers will 15% of their fans still hate and rag on him every chance they get?

This guy is amazing truely a pleasure to watch.

    But....

I can’t wait to get cp3 and Clint back.

We’re gonna be a problem once that happens.

With that said I do think we need to play the exact same way and let Harden do this but with better players around him.

Imagine having Gordon Clint cp3 and tucker or even rivers out there around harden. Teams will be screwed because one of those guys is going to be wide open and cp3 is a great playmaker Rivers is underrated in that department and Gordon is great at getting to the hoop and attacking scrambling defenses.

And all three of those guys can shoot the three ball tucker included.

And I’ll be honest I didn’t realize quite how much Clint means to this team on both sides. His rebounding alone helps our defense a lot. He sets better screens than anyone on the team and knows were to go rolling to the hoop.

I don’t know why holic was thinking saying we could just replace him with any athletic lanky big that’s just dumb.

Totally glad we gave him that money and kept him.

I agree. Houston fans are fair weather fans for sure. Very few die hard fans like us. I am not saying you cant criticize your player but you have to justify it. If the guy is putting all his energy into creating offense, its natural to slack on defense. I think every super star in this league slacks off on defense if they have to carry an offensive load. If we make a vid of moments from several games they slack off, it will look bad too. I say Harden's post defense is good but he is horrible at going thru picks and defending

I don't feel bad for Harden at all. I feel bad for players that are legitimately trying to contribute, but for some reason, can't. There is nothing worse than feeling worthless when you are actually trying.

This is the year he drops 82. It's either going to be February 4th or March 15th...or even April 7th.

    I don’t get it either.

Harden has swag that young kids vibe with adidas is doing very well with his line.

Curry is like Mr. Dad he’s a good guy good role model.

But to me is similar to like deshaun Watson and Tom Brady.

Watson has the swag that sells products.

Brady is just the goat but he’s a old man dad lol.

Plus curry UA products are ugly and boring.

    He is worth every penny.

He is likely the 3rd best offensive player in NBA history and the most skilled offensive player in basketball history.

On a side note all we heard was that Harden was sketchy, that he was lazy, not competitive, a selfish coach killer andhung out with whores and thugs.

Years later Harden says all the right things, is possibly the most competitive player in the league, busts his ass year round, defends his coaches and teammates and doesn’t b**** when he has every right to.

I just hope he has a chance to catch some rest towards the end of the season so he can go into the playoffs with an extra bounce in his step .

I can’t believe MAGA McHale blamed Harden for his failure as a coach.
