Very few teams have the success that we've had. Sure, we may not have a title, but we came the closest of anyone, last year. If you want to just focus on this year, then yes, in a vacuum, this season has gone terribly. Yet, we're 26-20.

However, in the 12 years we've had Morey, we've not been below .500 - something not many GMs can say they've accomplished.

Get over yourself and realize that a team missing its 2nd best player (and 3rd and 4th best players, for a long time) doesn't mean it's on the GM.

Our team right now is composed of G-league players and buyout guys. Injuries suck, but Morey messed up this offseason and the House situation is just irritating, considering he was one of the productive G-league call ups. But hey, must save flexibiliy for the awesome future buyout market.

You could say that's because his teammates aren't being efficient off his passes, but I think it's also that he's just not as good as Chris at getting other guys hot, unless it's Capela or someone in the center position. That's just me, though.

 

Nice uptick in defensive intensity.

Patient....at the end of the year we will be better then last year. Still believe house will be back this year

and fwiw: Trier on the Knicks, with 15 points right now, was a 2-way who got a $7m/2yr contract in Dec this year...using their bi-annual exception

 

40 million CP3 contract really hurting us. When did Morey ever give out 160/4 contracts? He let Dragic go over a player option

 

Teamates have to make shots for you to get an assist.

How many layups and 3's has Harden already set up that guys bricked ??

Also swing passes dont get assists either but they are key to our ball movement

You prey Faried plays like his Usa Days just because he remembers Harden games. Those two played very well together back then, hope it reignites somehow.
