Lance > Melo Regardless, if we can get something like Ellington or Curry out of Melo, that would still be a win, even better with Aminu, but i don't see Portland moving him in a Melo trade...
Thanks, but... Oh man...my miles are not impressive. I go very slow, keep an inhaler and my phone nearby just in case I need a ride LOL. Maybe I need to invest in life alert, but I haven't hit the age limit apparently. Maybe a whistle if I fall in the bushes? (LOL, I can see it happening, with some punk teens driving by and laughing at the man blowing a whistle in the middle of some thornbush.) I just do it to feel normal and "alive." Running is hard, but that pain and breathing lets you know that you're still here, that you're still part of everything. That's important to me. My friends have begged me to stop, but I've always been the guy who did what I was told not to, or what I couldn't accomplish. It's my mid-to-older age way of rebelling against my disease and the expectation of rotting away.
Man... i have no clue who you are in real life, and had no clue you had health issues. With that being said, i will say a prayer for your health. I am in the medical field, and my mind is curious to know what your ailment is... All the best to you and your family man...
Aminu would be a solid addition. Fits our system nicely. We need a 4 to help reduce Tuck’s minutes. The idea of turning trash (Melo) into treasure (Aminu) sounds too good to be true, though.
Aminu is a full time starter on a conference rival and top 4 seed. I don't see any way they would want to help the Rockets even if picks were offered. Ellington is out of the rotation in Miami and makes a lot more sense, but also much less exciting as a pick up.
Not replacing Faried for AG. Replacing Vooch for AG. AG is better fit as small ball 5, rolling to rim and switch D. The problem is not offense but defense. AG plays with more energy, switches on D, playmaker and runs the floor. Plus Rockets add Ross, Simmons and Birch in my scenario. So more depth players who fit Rockets as well
Lakers news: According to Bleacher Report’s Ken Berger Josh Hart, Ivica Zubac and Moritz Wagner are available.
I'll be interesting to see how Faried plays in a switching defense; I personally think, that if he is still close to the player he was 2-3 years ago, he'll be up to the task, as he has the speed and agility to hang. And MDA has a history of turning players like him, such as Shawn Marion, into quasi-all-stars, so there is a lot to be excited about this. Faried's main problem has always been with bigger post players, but those are not that common, so we'll only get burned by a select number of teams. I just hope the Maninal's struggles have been more because of fit, and not because of attitude and complacency. But, his struggles seemed to coincide with the big contract shortly after signing, so there is also reason for concern...
