Michael Eaves, doing the highlights, on a standard Harden step-back 3: "That's a walk. They don't call it." Eaves, on another shot: "Harden, again from 3, pushes off. No call, then he banks it in? Come on, yo." Tim Legler: "These Rockets really steal a game that the Lakers thoroughly outplayed them most of the night." Comments on Tucker getting called for a clean strip? On Gordon being mowed down with no whistle? On the refs giving the Lakers a 4-point play in OT by whistling Nene for holding his position for a rebound? Nada. Not mentioned. This was an embarrassing performance from what's supposed to be an objective sports network.
Brother Espn is located in Bristol Connecticut and Los Angeles You know no media loves us since sports illustrated and nbc Bob costas No front cover Michael Jordan 95
Really dont understand why people watch espn anymore lol But honestly what do you expect? They are trying to pander to their biggest market, LA, and their fans. Lakers fans WANT and NEED to hear that to feel better.
It’s a narrative James harden and the rockets are the bad guys Lebron and the lakers are the good guys I mean espn didn’t like us when we won two championships and never mentions Hakeem Olajuwon So I except nothing less than no respect
Haha I noticed the exact same thing. I just smh. Use to bother me more but it’s the talking heads not sportscenter that really push the narrative.
Actually most coverage of Harden has been overwhelmingly positive. You can’t deny greatness at this point. Whenever you beat LAL, all the hidden bandwagon fans come out with their twitter knowledge. Most of the media however will have no choice but to say “damn he’s good”
Go tell it to someone who gives a flying HOOT.... all that ish is for the birds. the Rockets and real fans dont care what them fools have to say.
