How predictable. I don't see one positive post on reddit about Harden.

You could say the Nets are head and shoulders above Memphis this season.

drive in the last seconds is a gamble you may turn it over or get fouled and whistles are probably silent you may even lose the game instead going to ot

Another one of the many decisions late in the game that could have saved us.

There was honestly about 10-15 mistakes at the end. From not Fouling on the last 3 attempt, not fouling Allen in OT, the play call for the last play in OT, the terrible defense or lack of effert when up 13, not doubling Dinwiddie, no timeout to cool things down, not getting some rebounding on the floor...

Lol I just checked the only teams with worse defense than us are Cavs, Suns, Knicks, and Wizards.

So are defense is only better than tanking teams, this is laughable.

Starts with coaching. No need to have Gerald Green out there when you've already scored enough points to win.

Clearly needed a legit center at the end to rebound but coaches failed to use Nene or Hartenstein.

We could still micromanage our way to wins, but unfortunately MDA is anything but a good micromanager.

Instead of Bzdelik, Houston needed an assistant coach that can call timeouts to stop runs, understand the general flow of the game, and to play players based on need and matchup.

Melo and MCW, two of the leagues least valuable players, were not Morey’s only possible moves. I don’t know why people are saying “what else could he have done?!?” when there are plenty of other guys worth taking a chance on that HAVENT proven to be terrible for multiple years.

This is on Morey. Injuries yes, but the offseason signings are atrocious. Now the core of the team is Grampa Paul, fragile Gordon, injured Capela, SuperStar Harden, and the seven dwarfs. They made the Nets look like the vintage Celtics.

Harden got the rebound, got fouled, and made both, so not really.

We have no center . I'm not going to be the least bit surprised if we drop out of the playoff race until CP and Clint get back.

Still confused on why they didn't do a full court press with 10-11 sec left. BKN had no timeouts on that last shot before overtime.. could of at least made some sort of effort to get them out of the rhythm they were on.

    Um no.

    Defense was the issue.

part of both collapses was spencer making some incredible contested 3's and our guys missing FT's

but pringles' game management and basic mistake after mistake down the stretch of both the 4th and OT were just as much a factor. this was his worst coaching performance on the rockets bench.

Yeah, because gleaning the best record in the league, securing #1 seed
and taking 'arguably' the greatest team of all time to 7 games (and likely would have won if not for a hamstring in game 5)
is just unacceptable. James shouldn't tolerate that (even though he disappeared in game 5 against SA)
And James has NO help. I mean, he and CP and Clint only went 43-3 when playing together last year.
That's not gonna cut it. He needs MORE (cue GEICO ad)

I mean, look at all of the other GM's who's teams are doing SO much better than THAT.
Daryl Morey should be able to foresee injury. He gets paid to do that? Right??
He should pick guys with NO injuries in their future or else just get to pick whatever other players
he wants from other teams in the event of injury
