    They're pretty stupid if they offered him a contract like Clark's...trying to Hinkie him with three years

    We can still sign him at a later date right !?

    Hopefully he doesn't stay in the g league more .

    Way to piss off your current starting SF ;

    freaking ridiculous

    Dude wasn’t even in the NBA a month and a half ago. I think this is a huge mistake. He had some leverage for sure, but he’s certainly overplaying his hand. Where else is he going to get completely wide open corner threes because one guy is getting triple teamed and significant rotation minutes?

    They can but they don’t really have the leisure or time to be ****ing negotiating with how slim the roster already is and how crazy the west is.

    On the flipside, I think Harden also benefited well from having House on the wing. His ability to shoot the 3 at a good% and finishing above the rim consistently is ideal for our MDA offense. MDA is probably crushed.

    Yes. They can also just convert his contract, but then they won't have his Bird rights this summer.

    This is true...but House was proving to be a legitimate 3 and D wing player. Not great at either, but acceptable. That is hard to replace given the value of those players. We'll see what Morey does.

    Yeah It's a big blow.. House was good for the Rockets, really good. But there is a reason he has been an NBA journeyman. MDA created the best place for fringe talent to succeed because all they have to do is shoot wide open jumpers..

    JUST TAKE THE CONTRACT DANUEL!!

    Harden and CP definitely making players around them look way better than they actually are.
    Morey doing a good job not over spending on a G leaguer. House would be a second Parsons if he sign somewhere else this summer

    we have the right to convert his 2-way contract to NBA contract
    but then it will be difficult to re-sign him for next season (i think)
    someone had the number somewhere (forgot where i saw that)

    Rockets testing to see if Harden can win with gerbils. Morey trying to end the MVP debate before all star weekend..
