You have to hear what they're not saying. You have to learn to read between the lines. You have to be able to interpret their statements. Don't worry, being able to hear these things is a talent that comes with experience. You'll get there someday.
Yep, the left has gotten so many people for not being 'in lockstep'. They use all the insane amount of power they hold to get people. Boy has the left gotten people.
Hmm not sure I'm following. It seems to me that the inquisitors on the left will punish anyone who is not for open borders. The support for open borders is surely strong among the Democrats, and it's not hard to detect. Or I am misunderstanding your statement?
It's probably true that a few Dems, an increasing minority, wanted border protection at one time. All you have to do is look at the Schumer-Hillary-Obama statements to that effect 5-10 years ago. However, that was 5-10 years ago. It's not true of the Democrats any longer. They realize that they need to import voters to win elections. Heck, even San Francisco is open in their goals, to this effect.
You keep repeating the same thing over and over about Democrats being for open borders, when it’s simply not true. Be against Trump’s wall does not equal support for open borders. You know this, I know this, yet you keep repeating it.
They don't necessarily have to be for open borders, just firmly against anything the orange man supports...no matter what it is.
But they are for open borders. Perhaps not all Democrats; but certainly the most notable and vocal ones are. If there's a Democrat that's against illegal immigration and/or for the wall -- they're being awfully quiet about it. Instead, what do we here from the Democrats, over and over, ad nauseum? "Breaking up families is not an American thing to do"/"We're a nation of immigrants"/"A wall is not an American thing to do" (Pelosi)....all of this is code for open borders. If you get into their policy writings, you see it even more plainly. Often, what you hear and read from Democrats is that social welfare programs cannot be maintained without new workers coming into the economy (ironically, there is some truth to this, but it's still a Ponzi scheme); and they know that new laborers pretty much have to be supplied by immigrants, since the native population isn't reproducing. You'll also hear stuff about the value of multi-culturalism, and how anyone that opposed such a policy is "racist." If you pay attention to the right [read: honest] news sources, you'll even see how places like San Francisco want to allow illegal aliens to vote. This is because the Dems also want to maintain and expand social programs (and raise taxes to do it), and they need non-American voters to do it. I used to think this was the stuff of lunatic conspiracy theorists. But for those that have eyes to see, it's now as plain as day.
You have put their opponent's political dogma in their mouths. Are you saying that someday I too will hear voices in my head just like you?
No... again, not wanting a wall from Texas to California does not mean the Democrats do not border protection. In fact Democrats have offered money for drones, surveillance and other measures right now.
That's a lot like saying you want someone that has appendicitis to get better, you fully support giving them a glass of water, some Motrin, maybe even some antibiotics but surgery is out of the question.
Very true, there's no such thing as illegal immigration, it's merely something made up by the bad orange man. Glad you could chime in with that. I like it when we get Baghdad Bob type comments like that.
